Click here to have your stream added to the sidebar. Anyone else get this error message when attempting to load up to play the game. I have not tried to play on another pc yet. Also- anyone else lagging badly ingame? A couple days ago I was dc'ing hard. I never lagged or dc'd before this. I'm having the same problem at the moment, tried updating java, reinstalling, and clearing my osrs cache. I read on the RS forums that it might just be because the servers are having trouble at the moment.
I'll update if something changes. I'm seeing posts about the lag and DC issues as early as February 8th this year on the forums and on here. As for the load up issue with these two errors, it seems like Jagex is just in a pit of burning fire at the moment. Is this the end of Runescape? Seems way too long to be having these issues. I've never seen it this bad. I definitely doubt it it DDoS, osrs error downloading browser control, but maybe.

Been happening for 2 days now. Yeah it appears to be happening to me as well. Will update with change if anything happens but so far nothing! He lives in the US. Found a solution - download a VPN - I used hide. I considered this as a possible solution but have been too busy to actually figure it out right now. I'll attempt the VPN method and try connecting around through several different locations when I have the time tomorrow, then I'll update here or in a new post if it works for me.
