From my comment it looks like i just updated NMM. Well, most people don't un-subscribe from their threads…. If anyone stumbled apon this discussion and is looking to fix it right click nexus mod manager hit run as administrator then go to settings and untick Associate with NXM URLs hit ok and then go back to settings and retick it and then hit nexus mods cant download and it should fix it.
