I collected the ticket and then I received a confirmation email which stated that my ticket has been placed in my account and indeed the ticket is cant download stubhub app under "my tickets" section. However, when I click on the "see ticket" tab it shows the following message " Something went wrong. Please check your network settings or try again by tapping the reload button". I have trief wifi, and two different networks and the issue has not been ressolved. In some cases, the tickets will do that if they are mobile transfer and require a secondary app to view the tickets Flash Seats, Ticketmaster etc.
